Midomi sound2Sound integration for auto tagging

Hello,

Midomi has an app for iPhone like Shazam but much better that automatically listens to 10 second clip and identifies the song. I think it would be great if MediaMonkey could integrate with Midomi, scan the music library, auto sample each song, identify it through midomi and update its album art, ID3 tags, etc automatically in one fell swoop.

What do you think? doable?

This would be a GREAT enhancement.
Also add a bpm counter.

Have you checked out the MusicIP Tagger script in the Addons forum. It works in a similar fashion although it uses MusicIP as source.

Just wanted to BUMP this up... I've used the MusicIP tagger, and the Music Brainz add on... and they're ok.. but something like a SoundHound or Shazam ... I think would/could be fantastic!! If its even something that can be done.

....As I sit here and tag via my Iphone/Ipad Sound Hound & Shazam app... the hundreds of songs those 2 referenced above must have missed in some fashion.. *sigh*..
