A fix in MR, or a registry edit for my IE settings would be helpful here.

I have this message popup very often :(
This is your solution:

Using a Registry Editor such as Regedt32.exe, open this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Styles

Note If the Styles key is not present, create a new key that is called Styles.
Create a new DWORD value called "MaxScriptStatements" under this key and set the value to a DWORD value of 0xFFFFFFFF.

Edit your registry may result in system failure!

Good luck.
Thank you. I'm will try it now. :D

edit: Seems to work pretty well :)
Thx Again.

New version (5.2) is now available to download from my website. Changes include...

- Fixed "date added" string (thanks to fizzjob)
- Fixed "classic" and "classic_tabs" skins are now borderless (thanks to DreadM)
- Fixed tab captions missing for some external panel options
- Fixed formatting and character limit of some external panel options
- Fixed "similar artists" panel only counting tracks by artist
- Fixed double quote and forward slash characters in artist causes problems
- Fixed sort order of "top 10 artists played" in statistics
- Fixed content of tabs should never be hidden
- Fixed artwork popup not display front cover in "all" mode
- Added "info_artist" div to allow artist and title to be separated
- Added secondary sort order to "favourite" and "played" panels

Obviously there are still a number of issues and requested features still on my list, but here's a few to keep you going. :)

Same install problem with 5.2 that I had with 5.1.
Had to exit MM and then double-click MMIP to avoid "Product Installation Error".

Yep, I get that occasionally but not all the time (I install it over and over obviously whilst I'm developing and testing). I've not figured it out, but I don't think it's something that I can fix.

Trix, Thanks for the update. The Lyrics external panel label now appears properly in the classic tabs skin but does not in the Vitreous, 7on Tabs or Agora MK2 tabs skins. Do I need to re-download those skins or do their developers need to update them somehow? Thanks for all the work you do on all your scripts.

@pkw115 - I have modified the "SkinFunctions.vbs" file so skins which have their own will need to be updated. I'd forgotten that I'd modified that file, I should have stated that, sorry!

Unfortunately not without doing a file operation for each one which would make the script unuseably slow. I have requested a database field to hold this status so that this may be possible in future though.

Tab Layout

Post by dypsis »

The Tab layout is now working and displaying correctly for me.
But I do prefer the original layout over the tab layout as I can access everything at once, if needed.

I know I am going to be embarrassed when someone answers me, what is "DiscStr" and "TrackStr." And how are they different from "Disc#" and "Track#"

You can now enter things like "1 of 12" in the track and disc fields - if you do this then you need to use "TrackStr" as "Track#" is a numeric field.

Is it just the images within the skin (prev/play/paus/stop/next/hide/mini/maxi.gif) that you want to be able to make into .png files or would you also want to make the others (loading/unknown/bomb/star/half.gif) as well? Would you want to be able to mix and match (some .gif and some .png) or would you have them all the same format?

Available in 5.2 :)

Well i can just speak for my self ,and i don't know what the other skin artist's prefer ,but i prefer png files, the most troubles i have is with the rating images and mini / maxi / hide images when i try to use transparent background, maybe I'm just to stupid to use the gif files right  ,but it would be nice if we can use both and like i say i prefer png files.
