Other Players except Winamp!!!

Why not supporting other player except Winamp????
I'm using Jetaudio. the fact i can't use it with mediamonkey is really a disadvantage in my opinion...

You can put jetaudio path instead of winamp and MM will use Jetaudio for playing, but the mm player controls won't work.

thats exctly what i'm doing but still there's a error messege popin up about missing winamp...
and the control isn't working
why not supporting other players???

I put this path "D:\Program Files\JetAudio\JetAudio.exe" in and it works fine. I can aslo use QMPand WMPC fine.

You will only get an error message if you try to use the MM player controls. You must control Jetaudio directly.

You can use the MM play now and Play next buttons to update Jetaudios playlist.

why not with other audio player?
like jetaudio and other...

I too tried to use Jetaudio. I got an error saying MM couldn't find Winamp then it closed down. clicking on a file in the MM library sent the track to Jetaudio but didn't play it. As I said, MM gave an error and crashed. I then reopened MM and found it had automatically reset the player as MM and not Jetaudio.

It's not only the error problem....!!!
mediamonkey has such WONDERFUL options that wont work if your not using the supported player!!!
it's a shame - and i'm sure that one of the advantages mediamonkey could have over the others (that pale compared to him) is supporting few players - and not just one!!!
