MM4 Bad Aero experience [#7198, 7200]

Please make it possible that we can decide if we want to use the aero frame around the theme or not,
by skinners or users ( maybe a overwrite aero frame option , in Design menu!)
the aero frame destroys the unique look from the most skins ,special dark ones!

Hello rusty.

I red ticket 7198, and it doesn't mention placing the tabs in the titlebar.

Tho this is much needed.
.It would reduce vertical space significantly ( A whole bar height! ).
.It would provide eye candy ( aero background for the tabs )
.It would solve the "+ button" problem.
.It would have the same mechanics and apparency as the 4 major web browsers ( internet explorer, firefox, chrome, opera )
=> making it something familiar for every user.

jiri mentioned in his UI proposal for MM4 to model the tabs after Google Chrome.
Yet it's still far from it.
