1344: Resizing video screen prompts subtitle error [#7424]

Using the full screen and window buttons on the video screen triggered the prompt that codecs were missing for displaying subtitles again. This should only be shown when the video starts (it did correctly show it).

It seems that manual resizing of the window inside MediaMonkey fixed the problem. Now prompt doesn't even show again after restarting MediaMonkey and starting same video again.

Note: Codec page is still not available.
