I think that a IE8 or 9 discussion is not so relevant here. However! I uninstalled IE9 and my pane doesn't freeze anymore! Yippie-ka-yee!

I confirm the Script is no more working regardings "Artist Name".
I don't know if discogs made recent changes on their API / XML output.
The vbs script is a bit too long to debug for me, any idea or update ?

I can confirm the same as the above (artist info suddenly not displayed or being imported).
I thought it was something goof going on with my own computer because 1 day it worked and the next it didn't... No new win updates or IE version since this started for me either.

Frankly this plugin is the single most useful piece of software I've found in years, so I tip my hat to the author on this! Hopefully this will find an easy resolution.

Same here. Thought it was me. Reinstall and reboot; only then thought to look here - doh!

It would appear it is the Artist field causing problems.

Not appearing in Album Info or in Track listing.

First of all thank you for this wonderful script.
I have the same problem. Suddenly there are no artists shown. Makes no difference whether I try it on Win7 or XP. Maybe they've changed something in their API?

Temporary Fix: Uncheck Use ANV (Artist Name Variations) on right side.

Definitely a change in Discogs API.

There are have also been erroneous search errors.

I worked on this script a long time ago, I might take a look at it again.

Anybody have any ideas how to get round the 'record label' tag issue? Problem i have now is every other peice of software uses a specific tag for label & the publisher one this script uses doesn't show up. I tried to use tag & rename but all it shows is numbers instaed of record label.
