1367: Incorrect rating hover in Player [#7783]

On Virteous on XP. It's most prevalent when the track is rated bomb and might take several tries to see it. But when hovering over the rating on the player when you get to the fifth star on occasion it shows you only the last half of the fifth star highlighted (instead of all 5) or only the first half of the fifth start (instead of first 4.5 stars). It can also happen at other stars (less easy to reproduce).

If reproduction fails rerate track to some other value (and back to bomb). It doesn't have to be a bomb value. It seems most prevalent when moving the mouse from right to left over the ratings.
