Adding Art Not working correctly when use web tag [#7889

I'm running 4.0.0.1380 on W7 X64 ultimate.

I have my album art set to 'save image to tag if possible and to file folder' with the first image as 'Folder.jpg'. When I tag an album from the web it creates xxxxx.thm for the first track in the album, rather than a Folder.jpg which is what I want. If I manually add the album art, the correct behaviour is done - image saved to each track's tag and a Folder.jpg image created.

Addition:

If I try to add artwork manually first then it works ok. But, if I use auto tag and it incorrectly adds xxxx.thm then after removing that image and trying to do it manually it still attempts to create a xxx.thm image rather than the correct Folder.jpg image as set in my preferences.

This occurs, because MM is adding 'Folder.jpg' as long as only a single Album or Series is contained within the folder. But before tagging the album might be different for the tagged files.

I don't think that's the only problem as sometimes I'm only changing the artwork. With MM3 if an album had existing artwork I could go into properties delete it and instantly add new artwork. With MM4 what seems to be happening is the old jpg images aren't being deleted immediately (or MM noting that they are due to be deleted), so when MM4 is asked to add a new image it is following the thm behaviour.
