[1403]Application flashes when alt+tabbed from game [#8028]

When mediamonkey is alt+tabbed or win-key'd out of Warcraft 3 it starts flashing as shown in this video:

This only seems to occur in certain games, for instance Starcraft 2 doesn't have this issue despite being created by the same company.
The flashing also occurs while it's in MiniPlayer form, with the MiniPlayer acting the same way.

If there's any information you need, I can provide whatever necessary. Since you might not have the specific game this is happening with (though it has happened on others, but their names escape me) I provided a video.
At least a reply stating why you can't fix it is in order.

I only have Starcraft 2 to test with but everything looked fine. Maybe it's just a difference in how the games are programmed? Can you bring other applications on top of Warcraft?

If by on top you mean I can alt tab into other programs normally then yes, everything but MM acts as usual (firefox, notepad, VLC, other games, and so on).
Warcraft 3 is minimized when you alt+tab so on top isn't exactly possible, a difference in programming may be the case but then wouldn't other programs be flashing as well when I alt+tab?

So I don't get it then - if you alt+tab to MM from Warcraft 3, Warcraft minimizes and brings MM to the front, and it flashes then?

Yes that's what it does but it still flashes even if I don't alt+tab directly to it, as shown in the video. After it flashes 3 - 4 times it continues to work regularly,
with one exception.

If MM was minimized before I entered Warcraft 3 and alt+tabbed to something besides MM after it's finished flashing MM will be maximized and the minimize button will no longer work until I click the icon (I missed the icon the first time in the video).
