Confirmation Dialog Box "Pop-Under"?

I just started having a problem where MM dialog boxes for file delete, track rename, properties, About, etc. pop-under the MM interface.

If I double-click the tray icon, the dialog can be seen, but it's driving me mad. I running 3.2.5.1306 Gold on WinXP SP3.

I tried reinstalling over top, but no luck. Any ideas?

Are you running addons that create a panel in MediaMonkey like MiniLyrics?
