Dialog Focus Problems [#8452]

Hello.

I have some windows messagebox stay on the back of MM. For example, I have deleted a folder form MM and the windows message confirmation box stay at the back. I dont see the message box and delete again. Another confirmation message come and the folder was deleted. The problem is that the previous message box stay on the back and disable all shortcut on MM. When I minimize MM, the message box disappear. I just see and access to the message box after moved MM in the border of the screen.

I can't replicate this with build 1438+ (though it's an issue that has cropped up and was fixed in the past). Is it occurring consistently for you?

Hello Rusty

The issue is always here on the 1438. Just delete a folder in the treeview, after the tracks are deleted mm ask you if you want to delete the folder. This is a windows message box with the recycle bin icon. MM is not the owner of this message box and this message box can stay on the background if you accidentally click on MM before the message box. If MM is on full screen, it's is impossible to put the message box in the front. The only way, is to reduce the MM window size and move MM until the message box become visible again.

What option you haev chosen to delete tree from library?
"Delete from library and computer" or "Delete all from Library and computer"?

Just one question, because I don't know what language and framework you are using for MM.

Do you use the SHFileOperation API for the file system operation like the folder deletion?

MM Core is written in Delphi.

Hello.

Now it's ok, the message box is modal, but something strange and not important append.

When the message box appear, if I click on MM and after yes or no on the message box, the message box close, and another message box appear with writed something like (translated from french)
'Are you sure you want to delete 0 files?' .
