Well done, that's working now.
Just one question, it seems to need to delete and resync anything that's been converted, is that expected behaviour?

I cannot replicate using your device profile.
1. I checked just one playlist including 1 FLAC file.
2. Auto-Sync (MM converted FLAC->MP3 and uploaded)
3. Auto-Sync again and MM correctly do nothing during this sync and doesn't offer anything to delete
4. Unchecked the playlist
5. Auto-Sync
=> MM correctly offers to delete the MP3 file (that was converted from FLAC)

Do you experiencing anything different?

No, not within one build but yes between builds. I'll be able to double check this when the next one comes out but I'm pretty sure.

Ignore me - 1444 has brought up a list of files to delete, a few of which I'm certain haven't changed but they aren't all of the flac files, which is what I thought was happening before.
