MM4 hangs on start

I start MM
The splash screen shows
...and sits there till I kill the process...

Also- the latest version of MM4 asks for admin rights when it starts (which i grant)

Do you have any scripts installed ?

HDL PMed me and indicated that the issue no longer occurs on 1442.
