HELP ,MM has crashed and my PC has locked up

Post by sam423 »

I was advised to download a plug-in from http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =2&t=45713

And now my MM gets stuck on the mini black start up screen and my PC locks up and crashes.

Totally fed up with MEDIA MONKEY and wish i never started using it , after 2 weeks of messing about , i still cant use my ipod with MM,OR EVEN ACCESS MY LIBARY.

Any ideas anyone?????????????/

In order to determine whether the plugin actually caused the problem, did you try to remove it?

Well, according to the instructions there:
Download and installation of the d_iTunes plugin
Make sure that you have iTunes downloaded and installed http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download the plugin dll from http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=b7ee ... 6b9a6e1ed0
Close MM. Save the dll into the c:\program files\MediaMonkey\Plugins folder. Restart MM.
So you would just delete the d_iTunes.dll file from ...\MediaMonkey\Plugins\ folder.
