Re: Registered
Did you enter your license information? Does it show your license under Help > About? Did you perhaps install a trial version of MonkeyTunes and is it telling you're not registered?

It may be a bug. I registered last night, but this morning after ripping a few CDs it lost my registration and I had to redo it.

Re: Registered
I haven't had such a problem. Did you check the task manager processes tab to see whether MediaMonkey really closed when you closed it?Leroy Bad wrote:It may be a bug. I registered last night, but this morning after ripping a few CDs it lost my registration and I had to redo it.

Re: Registered
No...I didn't. Is that normal procedure for MM4?
Re: Registered
Which version of MediaMonkey (Help > About), Portable or Normal Install? If MediaMonkey doesn't close properly settings aren't saved.

Re: Registered
No, but it's a good thing to check when settings are not saving. Usually that happens because the program doesn't close properly, and checking the processes tab is a good way to check that.Leroy Bad wrote:No...I didn't. Is that normal procedure for MM4?
