RC2: iRiver H340 Sync says disk is full

Post by Anubis »

I have just upgraded my MM v2.4 to 2.5-RC2.
I am trying to Sync to my iRiver H340. It currently has about 240MB of free space (out of 38GB). MM 2.5 RC2 is telling me...

There isn't enough space on the device to synchronise selected tracks

When I do a DEVICE->OPTIONS->AUTO SYNC LIST->SUMMARY, it tells me that I am going to use 95% of the device, or 36136MB of the device's capacity.

I have the "delete tracks that aren't on the sync list from the device" checked. All this process worked OK in v2.4.2...

I generated a debug log and nothing is captured when I try the sync, but am happy to do it agaiun and send you what (little) there is.

So far I have answered NO to the "would you like to continue question" in case you guys wanted me to try something.

Me thinks there is a problem...

I was able to reproduce it and so it will be fixed in the next release.

Thanks,
