After upgrading to latest version (4.0.3.1476) the help screen which shows the programmers etc, still shows the program to be version (3.2.5.1306).
The program, however is definitely the 4.0.3.1476 one.
The reason for this post is that after "upgrading" I no longer have a heading of "Title" in the Library tree and no way to search my library for e.g. a specific song title, (of which I may have many versions).
Can anyone help?
Also, in the event this is not possible, should I try a system restore?
Regards
Geoff

Re: Upgraded to version 4. lost "Title" from list of subject
greets.
if 3.2.5.xxx is shown then chances are pretty high that this version is running.
maybe v4 was installed into a different folder so u end up with both?
u should check the folder where the executable (mediamonkey.exe) resides and open the readme.txt file.
the first line yells "MediaMonkey 4 Readme"
not sure if u mean [a]the title node in the tree or the title row in the library view.
either way u can configure both easy by [a+b]rightclicking on the library-root node and then edit collection or rightclicking on any row header and configure what should be shown
a quick way 2 search a title is the search bar^^
for the system restore thingy it never helped me in the past, so i personally turn it off and enjoy lesser disk writes etc. it maybe useful though.

Tools > Options > Media Tree and edit the Collection you want to see Title in. Under Tree Nodes you can re-enable Title.

To both of the folks who responded.....so many many thanks. I have been able to get the Titles once again.
Lowlander, in particular, was exactly right.
