I don't think that the track volume isn't doing anything.

First I analyze to see the current volume level. Than I click 'level track volume' but after that, I analyze again to see if it was changed, it still shows under 'track volume' no change as if I never did level track volume.

Note the difference between "level playback volume" and "level track volume". I think you're after 'level track volume'.
