I have a question I am hoping someone can answer.
Does the played # count just use what has been played via media monkey or does it also use the played count from devices that have been synced. The reason I ask is that there are a few songs that I have listened to a lot on my iPod but not much on my pc using media monkey. The played count for those songs are very high and know I haven't listened to on my pc.
Thanks in advance.

It also includes played stats from certain devices. iOS devices are supported for played stats sync.

Thanks Lowlander. That's what I thought. I was using an iPhone but now have a Galaxy S3. I am assuming that it does not support this for stats? If not, do you know if it will in the future?
Re: Played # Stats
I don't think it does, but I presume that with the MediaMonkey for Android App that it may work (when released).

Re: Played # Stats
Thanks lowlander. Any word on it?
I realize how important syncing my stats from my iphone was. I tend to listen to music more on my phone then use those stats to help me create future playlists in Media Monkey.
Does anyone know how to get your play stats from an android and then import them in Media Monkey as a short term fix?

It's my understanding that the MediaMonkey Android App MMA is relatively close to release.

Re: Played # Stats
You could try my Add/Remove playstat script to manually "correct" the playcount:

Thanks Bex.
Can you explain what the main purpose of your script?
Will this do anything with getting play counts from my android device?
Thanks

Re: Played # Stats
No, it allows you to alter the Playcounts in the MediaMonkey Library. You'll need MediaMonkey for Android and MediaMonkey for Windows 4.1 to be able to sync Playcounts from Android to MediaMonkey.
