Decoding problem

when i try to burn cds from ape files, i always get this "cannot decode the file" message. am i missing a decoder or something?

Can you play the file? If not, you have to install an extra Output Plugin for ape files

MM burns corectly APEs on AudioCD no problem here.

i can play the ape files with no problems, but i can't burn them onto CDs... does anyone know why?
