Inconsistent artwork bug?

Using MM 4.07.1511 on a Windows machine:
1. Start MM
2. Once monitoring completes, click on Music, then "Inconsistent Artwork".
3. Shows two albums that apparently have inconsistent artwork.
4. Go to Amazon.com, find correct artwork, right click and select "copy image".
5. Return to MM, right click on graphic showing generic record, select Paste.
6. MM displays dialog box asking me to specify where I want the image I'm pasting. Select "cover (front art)".
7. MM thinks for a minute, then displays a blank dialog box with "confirm" in the upper left corner and two blank radio buttons, thinks for another minute, flashes the same blank dialog box with "confirm" in the upper left corner and two blank radio buttons.
8. As there's nothing to see in the dialog box, nor can I select either of the blank radio buttons, I click the "X" to close the box.
9. MM then shows the swirling Win7 "thinking" symbol for several minutes (during which nothing works) the displays "Media Monkey (not responding).
10. Only way to close MM is from the Task Manager box.

Can you post a screenshot (use a service like http://imageshack.us)? Are you pasting in the Filelisting, Art & Details window or the Artwork tab of the Properties window?
