Ratings & Playcounts not syncing back to library?

Hello everyone. I'm testing out MMA and the wireless sync back to MMW 4.1.0.1650. When I play or change the rating of a song on my PC, the change syncs to MMA on my Galaxy S3. But the changes do not update from my phone back to the PC. If I revert back to MMA build 146 everything works fine and the rating changes update the PC. It will not work with the latest build (148) though. Is this just me or is this a known issue? If this is a known issue, I hope that it is just a bug that will be fixed in a future build and not a permanent change.

Also, I've noticed that after a sync, I have to completely exit MMW and restart it in order for MMA to see it again and be able to do another sync. Is this normal behavior?

Issue 1 is known and is supposedly fixed in the next release (whenever that will be). Don't know about issue 2.
