I defined a playlist on my Smartphone and after the update of the app the list was empty. I lost my playlist twice and I think it was the update in both cases.
I don't use sync until now.
It would be nice to keep the playlists with an update.

Re: Loosing the playlist with each update
I now saw that the app lost the whole database. The app does not show a single song anymore. I think that's why the playlist it's empty.
I cannot enable the checkbox for my music folder in the selection of the library folder. So now the app does not find my songs anymore and I cannot use the app.
This is since the last update I just made some minutes before.

Re: Loosing the playlist with each update
Do you put your music on SD card as me ?
I have meet an issue (but since more time than you), putting my songs on external SD card.
I can see my playlists but it says "empty"....:/

Re: Loosing the playlist with each update

Re: Loosing the playlist with each update
4.1.0.1656 is the latest release for MMW and 1.0.4.162 is the latest for MMA.

Re: Loosing the playlist with each update
I uninstaled the ap and reinstalled it. The version is 1.0.4.162.
I still cannot disable the standard music folder and I cannot enable the checkbox for my music folder with the function "choose library folders".
So I still do not see my music tracks and cannot create a new playlist.

Hi Joe2,
We've made some changes in build 165. Can you confirm whether it resolves the problem for you?
If not please let us know what device you're using, what version of Android, and the full path of the location that is inaccessible (e.g. ExtSDcard0/music/..)
Thanks.
