Problem with tags after syncing

I have read a lot of threads about this and can't seem to find an answer. On MMW, I edit tags by Auto-tag by filename (I am very particular about how my filenames are and I don't any information other than artist and title). Then I create a playlist to transfer to my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1). I name it as a certain playlist then select the tracks and sync it to my tablet by "send to" card (synchronize). Problem is I then go to my tablet and sometimes the playlist is there other times it isn't. Even when it isn't there, the songs are on the tablet but I run into another whole issue. The tags (artist and title) are screwed up. They will appear in unknown as artist. I don't understand this as they appear as they should in MMW. This is very frustrating as I try very hard to keep my tags very organized. Any idea why these don't sync correctly to my tablet? Thanks for any help.

What version of MMA and what version of MMW are you using. I had a similar problem several betas ago but it has been resolved.
