The new fix works, oddly though the file space room was strange.

It said I would have 50mb's after syncing my music and it actually sync'd the amount it said it would.

My phone showed 7.8 gigs free, mm showed i had 7.8 gigs of music to sync, yet when i synced it, music shows 7.8 gigs in usage yet my iphone shows nearly 1.2 gigs free yet.

I ended up deleting stuff before i realized i never would have had to.

It's not working for me in iOS 8.0 with my iPhone 6. When I attempt to send music, it doesn't show up on the phone and shows up with a exclamation/error icon on iTunes.

I've filed the bug RHV-167-85865 with all the details.

The app sync with itunes, destroys the album covers on the iphone.

As an example:

- I sync with MediaMonkey 100 tracks with cover -> OK!
- I sync apps with itunes ...
- The 100 tracks are still there, the cover no more.

There a solution?

After Version 4.1.5 failed on my iPhone 5s and my iPhone 6 Plus, I tried 1714 with the same results. Sync on 5s works as long as I dont use iTunes after that (but as this is my old phone I dont tried too much with it). Worse is iPhone 6. After sync no music nothing is synced. Even iTunes does have many troubles with iPhone 6. I had to completely reset the phone already twice as i had unrecovered space used up by "Other" claiming 50GB or more because of failed sync.

I updated to iOS 8 and lost my album artwork. I haven't tried syncing with MM yet fearing I will lose the songs too. The playlists etc seem to be fine.

Anyone else get this?

mee too. 50% of the album covers are gone on the iphone. sync with iphone is working fine. covers in MM are also well.
sync of new files have the same effect. some have covers some not.

As for the artwork disappering, I guess that selecting the affected tracks in MM and right-click -> Send to -> iPhone should correct the artwork, right?
I heard from another user that iTunes sync of apps destroys artwork synced by MM, solving via eSupport with the user.

I ran in to this as well - Synced iPhone 6 IOS 8.0.2 with the 1717 build. Everything synced fine, artwork was there. Synced iTunes later that day, all artwork disappeared.
