I synced my Note 3 and all the playlists disappeared. This time the files remained and were playable through ratings, artists... But Playlist option says "no media"

The second sync appears to bring back the playlists. At least it has the four times this has happened.

All the playlists referred to below are synced on the card via USB3. there are no playlists stored on the internal phone memory.
Second sync only restored 6 of 12 playlists.
Debug log immediately after second sync is WU6WDEDFCG
Third sync appeared to restore remaining playlists but after 11 of the 12 popped up, they all disappeared.

Both of these syncs went unusually quickly. I did not have to shut down explorer.exe to get them to start up.
Fourth sync hung. Would not start. Termination took 2 minutes.
Fifth sync only restored 10 of 12 playlists

Sixth sync was prefaced by unplugging the USB3, shutting mmw down and restarting, shutting mma down.
Sync initiated but hung on 'Card: (Preparing list of files)' for three minutes

mma restarted. After hoop snake stopped, 11th playlist appeared, then all other playlists disappeared, leaving the 12th playlist all by itself

It's taken some time, but we believe that we've resolved this issue. Please install MMW Beta 4.1.10.1769 + MMA 1.1.3.508 , and let us know if it works for you.
Note: some samsung devices get stuck during MTP synchronization--sometimes for up to 7 minutes. This issue appears to occur mainly on Samsung devices. so if you're doing a usb sync and it appears to hang, wait it out.

That problem appears to be gone though I only updated to MMA 1.1.3.508. I couldn't remember how to find the MMW beta downloads on your website. Running MMW 4.1.10.1766, the last sync wiped all my MMA ratings. I hate it when this recurring problem happens and I lose hours of auditioning work.
Googled MMW Beta 4.1.10.1769, found it, loaded it, and tested it. Ratings transfer. Why can't MMA and MMW be coded so the latest ratings are preserved regardless of versions?
