Did you send in a debug log to support as suggested above?

Hi,
Please make Debug log as Lowlander suggested, as if there is any bug in MMW it would show in log and due the nature of the problem which is serious we need to fix it even isolated on very few users.

Oh, sorry, I missed that. I have now captured a log and submitted it to the HelpDesk.

I found a post that mentioned the graphics adapter might be an issue. This machine has a high-performance AMD Radeon and a power saving Intel graphics processor.

Switching MMW to use the AMD high performance graphics adapter allows MMW to run.

That's the good news, the bad news is that the machine runs hotter and the fan is on continuously.

Can you please specify what do you mean by "'LoadLibrary Failed' error"? In your log (ticket HRV-463-22668) the only error like this is failure to load 32-bit version of iTunesMobileDevice.dll , but it is expected error, in such a case MediaMonkey64Helper.exe process is lauched to load 64-bit version of iTunesMobileDevice.dll.

Could you please install version 4.1.13.1799 but to different folder? i.e. instead of the "C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey\" install it to e.g. to "C:\MediaMonkey\" and run, does it solve the problem?
If not, then please try to rename C:\MediaMonkey\Plugins\d_iPhone.dll to d_iPhone.dll.off (or remove the DLL) and re-try, does it work fine then ?

Thanks.

Hi Ludek,

I mean a MessageBox appears with the error text "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114:...". I have a screen shot I will try to post to the HelpDesk.

I installed 4.1.13.1799 to c:\MediaMonkey and the error still appears, with and without d_iPhone.dll being present.

rdb wrote:Uninstalled MM 4.1.8 and then ran CCleaner to clean the registry. Installed MM 4.1.13.1799 and MM started! Until I hit the 'Music' tab (it had been on 'Web') then the same 'LoadLibrary Failed' error occurred.

I am back to 4.1.8 again.
I think I was not clear in my sujestão, you need to uninstall the version that this problems, run CClean, and reinstall an earlier version, a previous version that is working properly.

Good suggestion, but what rdb is doing currently (working with Ludek) may actually get the problem itself solved.
