lifetime user

I am a lifetime users and I have lost my userId and password when my computer crash.
I am trying to redownload MMgold but impossible.

I have registered under my second email adresse to be able to acces the forum.

Could you help me? my email adress link to my lifetime account is jeromebarois@aol.com.

Same deal here.......Been a LONG time since since I updated, and hence used MediaMonkey.......I seem to recall hovering around the tool bar area, to see my account name, etc.....

Do I need a "support ticket" to find out this info?

If so, where do I find said support ticket to open?

And would also like to upgrade my e-mail address, as the one on file may not be correct.
