How to View Artist List in Left Panel?

Does anyone know how I can get MM5 to show a list of all Artists, or Albums, etc, in the left panel?

I was able to do this in MM4. I find the list in the left panel very helpful for quickly finding an Artist or Album I want to list to, rather than scrolling through the album art in the main panel.

I may not be using the correct terminology, so please see the photos below to see what I mean.

The pic on the left is MM5. The pic on the right is MM4.

Click on the "three dots" to the right of "Home" at the top of the tree in the left panel.

Experiment with "Show All Sub-Nodes" and "Scroll to Match.."

The "three dots" has eluded many users! You are not alone with this, not certain I want to admit how many weeks it missed my attention

It will be enabled by default for new MM5 installs (not for upgrades from previous MM5 installs).

Erm, this answer was just what I was looking for until I booted it up and found that I have no three dots nor is it enabled by default.

Any ideas?
