Widget/Column on Right

My MMW Gold v2024 crashed, and when i restarted, it had a column on the right that was loaded with tracks and kept flickering, like it was loading or scrolling. I was able to remove individual columns (artist, album, etc) but now I'm stuck with the remnants. How can I remove it completely? i like a much cleaner interface that I had prior to the crash and this is driving me nuts. Thanks!
