I hope I don't offend by just placing this post here. I want to send out a HUGE thank you to the MM team for the weeks - yes, weeks - spent assisting me in getting Sync/Transfers working again. Folks, they really did try everything under the sun even after we discovered my issue was not really MM related (turned out to be an issue between the Samsung phone and Windows 11.
Thank you team! Your dedication to your customers is top-notch. Hard to find that these days.
