Exporting playlists

Hi, I'm new to MMA, so please use small words and be very explicit. I have playlists set up the way I want them in my MMW library, and I'm trying to update MMA so that it displays with those same playlists. All the music files already exist on Windows and on the phone. How do I instruct MM to have the playlist structure on the phone mirror the one in the Windows library?

If it makes any difference, it's Windows 11 and a Pixel 9a. Thanks very much.
