Hello all,
Recently I have found quite a number of song files that have been duplicated in my music library.
In an attempt to delete them from my Library, I clicked on one of the titles that was duplicated and right clicked on the then highlighted line.
Upon noticing a drop down box with several other options, I saw an option that says "Remove " with the letters "del" far to the right of it.
When clicking on that "Remove" option , a 'confirmation' box appears and gives me a choice of what I guess is to either Delete the song from the Library only, or Delete from Library and Computer.
As this is a duplicated song file , I would assume that the correct option would be to delete from both the Library and the computer, as the duplicate song file would still be remaining.
This almost sounds too easy to me if true, although I am looking for a very 'un-complicated' way of deleting those duplicated songs, and not have them re-appear after leaving the program, and coming back later on.
I know there are probably other ways to do this which would be less time intensive then sifting through my Entire Library, but for me , this would be the easiest.
Is this truly a solution to having pure duplicated song files removed from the Program Library and computer ?
Please let me know if this is a solution or quick fix to remedy the duplicated song files or not, and if not, a better un-complicated way.
Your response is greatly appreciated.

Re: Duplicated Deletion
Yes, that's it. Just make sure you actually have duplicated files on the PC and that all copies still exist.
