Burning CD generates false error code and random title

Software Version: MediaMonkey 2024.2.2.3222 (Gold)
Optical Drive: Pioneer BD-RW BDR-S13JX
OS: Win 11 Pro, version 26200.9168

Howdy, here to burn and rip CDs. No issue with the latter and encountering some quirks with the former. I'm looking for some support around minimizing error codes and maybe enhancing things like displayable CD text or at least the title of the CD itself.

Error Message

At the conclusion of burning (writing) an audio CD, the following MediaMonkey pop up appears:

Disc 1 burn failed: Medium Error: WRITE ERROR, Error code: 30C00.

Querying the forum suggested a false reading code occurred before...back in 2012.

The good news? The CDs seem to play fine, despite MediaMonkey protesting.

CD Title

I make mixes.

When I pop the CD back into the drive after writing is complete, it seems to pick a random song as the title of the CD. Is this a result of MediaMonkey attempting to match my mix CD with an existing album? Is there any way to preempt this, so my mix is recognized as such as part of the burning process?
