[REQ] 2 new visualizers for MM2027

I like the Milkshake visualizer, but I think it needs to be improved/replaced with the new Butterchurn visualizer (via jberg's official github page of this visualizer), but I wanted this MM2027 butterchurn port to load local .json preset files instead of .min.js preset lists.

And the second one, that are WMP visuals (via ryancircelli's WMP Legacy Visualizers github page). For me, it is one of the greatest WMP visualizations ports ever... Alchemy, Ambience, Bars and Waves, etc. were ported/reverse-engineered into WebGL/TypeScript.
