Problem:
The column arrangement of the song list is the same in every view of the archive.
Solution:
It would be very nice if every view (title, genre, album, ...) could have its own column selection, column order and sort order that can be changed and that is rememberd for this view. The subnodes of the top nodes then behave the same way.
This would e.g. make it possible to have album first in the album view and genre first in the genre view. Or to have the song number column in the album view, but not in the artist view.
Separate column selection and order for the different views

WMP10 does that and I find it's a royal PITA - i.e. I turn the 'custom 1' column on in the album view, and then I have to do the same thing a dozen times to get to see it in all the other veiws too.rk wrote:Problem:

MediaMonkey already can have a different sort for each main node (artist, album, etc.), but can't do it for the subnodes (artist a, artist b, etc). It also doesn't have a way to apply current sort to all views.
