Addition to search function< Great IDEA!

Post by Grim »

Add the option in the search pulldown to search Only in the Now playing list. This way if you have 20,000+ songs like me.. or even just "alot" of songs and u have it set to shuffle, then decide you want to listen to a specific song then want it to go back to playing the random 20,000 songs it will find the song u want so u can double click it to play, then after that will continue shuffling through the rest of the songs on your list.

Please tell me if you don't understand this and i will try to explain more thoroughly

That a good idea instead, but do you mean you have 20,000 songs in your playlist? :o

MM3 will be able to search in the selected node, so if you select the Now Playing node, you can search within that one only. That way, you can immediately play the found song, or drag&drop it anywhere you want in the complete now playing list.

that is odd.. I just tested this and the "search in current node" option doesn't work for the now playing node.
