I like the idea of creating new WebSearch Scripts. There is much potential in this.
But unfortunately I get an error. Don´t know if this is an error in my system (German WinXP with SP3)
Maybe someone can help?
I uninstalled this script and tried to use the Auto-Tag from Web option but the program gave me an error related to DiscogsWSearch (not found), apparently because that was the last option I had selected in the window. I tried reinstalling the script just so I could set the option to something else but MM refuses to open that window and brings up the debug report dialog.
Anyone have any ideas how I can get the regular Auto-Tag from Web working again?
MM Gold 3.0.3.1183 : Vista HP SP1 (x86) : Zen Stone (2GB) Zekton: An original MM3 skin by Eyal. Scripts in Use: Add/Remove PlayStat | Auto Album DJ | AutoRateAccurate | Backup
Case & Leading Zero Fixer | Classification & Genre Changer | Clean Scripts.ini | Clear
Field | Custom Report | Discogs Auto-Tag Web Search | Forget Crossfade | Invert
Selection/Select None | Last 100... | Lyricator | Lyrics to Instrumental | MonkeyRok
MusicBrainz Tagger | My Custom Nodes | Now Playing Art Node | Play History & Stats

The mmip installers posted now load the vbs as a file named DiscogsAutoTagWeb.vbs. Just guessing, but try this:
1. Reinstall from the latest installer.
2. Rename the DiscogsAutoTagWeb.vbs file to DiscogsWSearch.vbs
3. Open Scripts.ini and find the entry [DiscogsAutoTagWeb]
4. Change the Filename=DiscogsAutoTagWeb.vbs to Filename=DiscogsWSearch.vbs
5. Save scripts.ini
6. Open MM, see if you can now change the Options in Auto-Tag from Web
7. If so, change to another entry.
8. Now try uninstalling the script. You may have to manually edit the Scripts.ini file to remove the entry. Also, look for a section called [DiscogsWSearch], as you may have to delete it as well.

In the latest version this should have been solved.
The timer was not properly setup.

Good luck
Damn, the standard uninstaller don't remove options in the Script.ini
I'll work on it

Oh, well, I was really hoping you could work out the check box thing for each section (Art, Tracks, Label, Date, etc.). I already have a lookup for Discogs. I don't need an all-or-nothing tagger script. Thanks for trying though. I'll keep rootin' for ya to figure it out!
the latest version does this, now.
The only bug remaining is the "track number" manual definition in the result window. The checkboxes in the field selection works.
Great script as I am looking for a way to tag the year fields for my single electronic songs, where discogs is a good source. Please go on with development!
Can you please put some artists filtering in the next release. Discogs uses numbers if there are more artists using a artistname, like: Artistname (3) or Kontrast (2) Besides the aesthetic argument, the artistname is also used in scrobbling with last.fm...Can you please filter out this numbering in the next release of this wonderful too. Senksallot.
I'll put Artist filtering in the next release, with some other filters (should be in the "options" menu list, but no DEV WIKI exists for this).
Hope that the "numbering" bug will be fixed by MM dev team.
