Tagging Inconsistencies 4.0.1 (2014-02-27)
I'll have a look and see what I can do. It could actually be a bit tricky.

I have a very very minor problem with one of the nodes:
I use a Filter to see the part of my collection for which I already have tidied up/corrected/completed my ID3 tags. It can happen that a few songs from one album are included in this filter and a few other songs from the same album are not included.
Now I configured the script to use this filter for all it's nodes and the "Some Tracks Misses Album Art" node complains about those albums that are "split" in half although the part of the album that is filtered has it's album art included and in my opinion this album should not be listed here.
I hope you understand what I mean - it's a bit complicated to describe.
But either way: I love your scripts, thank you for your time and dedication!

Thanks dodger!
I think I found the reason for this happening. I've been taking a shortcut in the sql in this node which I forgot to cater for when I added Filters to the script. I guess I can fix it but I think it will make the node extremely slow.
I'll have a look.
But it's actually better to have one filter per node. The filter should contain a specific playlist in which you place all songs you want to exclude. Yes a bit complicated but that works the best.
The second best option is to have one filter per Main Node and have the filter album based in the Album node, Person based in the person node, aso...
Just a tip, since I know that using one filter for all nodes can yield some strange results in some nodes.

Hi Bex:
Once again I have some discrepancies in my database, you can refer here on the highlights. I was wondering if it was possible to add a node for tracks which have a different playcount in the Songs table than what is in the Played table? If possible, I know it may take a while to implement, any suggestions on how I can fix this problem now?

Nah, but I did a check in my database and find a few errors. I also thought that it could be a good thing for users with portable devices to find the tracks so they could use various scripts to fix the PlayHistory. I'll release the update soon!

Script is updated
Ver 3.8 (2008-05-21) [MM3 only]
- - Added two new Track nodes
- More PlayCount Than in MM's internal History
- Less PlayCount Than in MM's internal History
When you play a song within MM the song is added, with exact time stamp, to a PlayHistory table (ala Last.FM) and the playcount is updated. But when you sync with portable devices or import PlayCount from another media player only the playcount is updated in MM and not any PlayHistory. The reason for this is that it is impossible for MM to know when the plays actually have been played thus making such update sort of impossible.
The PlayHistory is used only by a few scripts, one is my "PlayHistory & Stats" script:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12368
Another is DiddeLeeDoo's Auto Rating of Songs & Radio Announcer:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9241
I also think Big_Berny's AutoRateAccurate and Trixmoto's MonkeyRok use it to get the first time played occasion of a song.
So if you don't use, or plan to use, either of those script the PlayHistory shouldn't be that important to you and you don't have to worry about the new nodes.
But if you are using them then you perhaps want to fix your PlayHistory.
There are only a few scripts/tools which can do that for the moment:
1. Fake Plays by Brianon
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27155
2. MM Play Date Manager by Christoph
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=29514
3. If know your SQL then you also can use my SQL-Viewer to do the update directly in the database:

Enjoy!

PlayHistory is in the Played table.
The nodes displays tracks which has Sum of PlayHistory <> PlayCount.
