Using MM5 5.0.3.2611
When using "Display folder content recursively" it is not working on the sub-folders as per the instructions below. Nor does the system retain this setting. As soon as you click on the next folder it all disappears. Is this a glitch in the system or am I missing a setting that makes this happen????
"In the Collection > Location and Folders node in the Media Tree MediaMonkey can display files recursively which means it can display the files of the selected drive/folder as well as all media files in the sub-folders of the selected drive/folder.
To enable the showing of media files for all sub-folders use View > Main panel view > Display folder content recursively from the Main Menu.
To disable the showing of media files for all sub-folders use View > Main panel view > Display only selected folder's content from the Main Menu."

Re: Display folder content recursively
They are trying to improve the recursive function, but the change in the beta that you have was too aggressive.Oztours wrote: ↑Sat Apr 02, 2022 11:54 pm Using MM5 5.0.3.2611

It will be modified again in the next release, ie. 2612.
I haven't seen the new change yet, but it is described here, and should be available soon.
Want a dark skin for MM5? This is the one that works best for me .. elegant, compact & clear.

Thanks for that quick response. Not being one of those overbearing bugs, I think I can be patient until the next upgrade. At least now I know it's not something I have stuffed up...
