[request] Remove 'release group' from names

I store release group in filenames and id3 tags (in song title in id3, because i had generated my id3s from filename), but now i don't want to use it like this, can some make script to remove it from filenames and from song titles and move it to id3tag comment? Remove it only from tag would be good to (i can then name files from tag in mp3tag (: ).

Im storing it in this format http://img222.imageshack.us/img222/1388/things3fo.jpg = allways in the and of file (song title) in []

Use this mast when tagging from filename:
<Artist> - <Album> - <Track#> - <Title> [mcz]
Or this one which is more flexible
<Artist> - <Album> - <Track#> - <Title> [<Skip>
