Google Pixel watch

I am considering buying/pre-ordering a Google Pixel 4 watch with Wear OS. For me it is essential to play locally stored music from the watch. I have searched in this forum and only found some older posts that stated that you can basically control music with MM that is stored on you phone (?). Are there recent any developments that would make it possible to play directly from the storage of the Pixel watch?

Hi,

There is no active plans to develop WearOS MM version.

The main problem is that WearOS storage is much smaller than Phones and not designed to handle such things.
