Bug or Feature: Now Playing Tracks auto-added to Library

Not sure if it's a "bug" or a feature. but when I drag/drop songs from the Windows Explorer to Now Playing they get auto-added to my Library.
Either way.. its pretty nice

but I wish you could turn it off.

or am I missing something? o.O

[Edit]: added some info... I'm also on 32bit Vista if that matters
