if it is around the world in these forums.

where is the American moderator or Canadian or Russian, or India's or other country's i can't remember off hand who does not have any moderators listed as being from there.?
i know there is a Greece one.

but there should be mods from participating members country's at least one from each members known country's.

that way there would be a better chance for those country's members to be understood in their own slang language.

I think covering time zones should be the main consideration, so that a moderator is available to respond to any concerns. I have absolutely no issues with the performance of the moderators we have now.

Moderators are there to "police" the forums, in other words keep things civil and move posts to the appropriate subforum. This doesn't require mods from all countries around the world. Especially as anyone can response to questions posted on the forum without needing to be a mod.

A mod from each time zone (ie Asia, Europe, North/South America) makes more sense as this would provide better coverage.

Do take in account that too many mods would just create problems, the amount of mods should probably be related to the amount of posts made. I would say that things are running well on the forums at this point.

Before the anti-spam image system was implemented I would have agreed with needing more (though more time zones would have made sense than more languages) to remove the spam straight away, but now there is very little spam and us moderators I think are coping well with keeping the forum tidy and clean.
Download my scripts at my own MediaMonkey fansite.
All the code for my website and scripts is safely backed up immediately and for free using Dropbox.

Seems like the Mods are doing all the Modding that needs to be Modded.

I have no complaints about lack of total geographical moderation representation.
