Windows XP SP2
I have auto-organize "delete emptied folders" set. From the help file: "Enable 'Delete emptied folders' if you wish the folders to be deleted after all tracks have been removed."
I have my library organized on disk as <Artist>\<Album>\<Track#>-<Title>. I deleted the only track I have for an artist, leaving the album folder empty. The folder was not deleted. I then restarted MM3 to let it run its start-up File Monitor scan. The folder was still not deleted.

Re: B3 bug: Delete Emptied Folders still doesn't work
Hi. Have you checked that there are no hidden files in this folder ?
Auto-delete doesn't work
Most likely this isn't working because the Album Art in the original folder is linked and auto-organize isn't automatically migrating the linked art. i.e. the bug you reported is caused by another bug.
Please confirm. Thx.

Re: Auto-delete doesn't work
My apologies; I forgot that the 'delete emptied folders' function works on an actual auto-organize operation, where a song file is being moved from one folder to another. All I did was delete a song file.rusty wrote:Most likely this isn't working because the Album Art in the original folder is linked and auto-organize isn't automatically migrating the linked art. i.e. the bug you reported is caused by another bug.
