Let it search for podcast automatically

I think you would improve MediaMonkey if it automatically searched for podcasts right after it has started. iTunes does it, and it annoys me that I must do it manually now when I just start MediaMonkey to listen to podcasts.

Well, not instantly? It does it after a few minutes, 30-60 sec or something. But it is still annoying.
