I'm very puzzled... MediaMonkey B4 is moniting a network drive containing mp3 files. From another computer I added mp3 files to that drive, then I start MediaMonkey and let the file monitor run.
And after it runs, the new files are DELETED. The directory of the files is still there, but it is empty.
How can that be? Is there a log somwhere where I can see what MediaMonkey does and why it deletes files?
B4 data loss - files are being deleted by file monitor

do you have 'auto auto-organize' enabled? this will automaticlly rename/move files according to the mask you specify in the options, perhaps this is happening?
otherwise mm shouldn't be deleting anything...
Your best bet is to create a debug log as per the bug forum sticky post.
