RC1 Odd Behavior during Add/Rescan [3898]

When files are Added/Rescanned either at start-up or manually, MM3 becomes a little unstable to use. This has been happening since throughout the development cycle however it still exists in RC1. One example is trying to use the Browser during Add/Rescan. If you select an item in Browser during this process, instead of only filtering to the right (default process), the Browser will filter out all other items in the selected Browser window and the Browser windows to the left.

While running a rescan, if you click an Artist in the middle pane of the Browser all the other Artists disappear in the middle pane. This shouldn't happen and doesn't happen if you are not in the middle of rescanning the files. Previous versions of MM3 had other stability issues within the Browser when rescanning. For example, prior to RC1, you couldn't scroll in any of the Browser panels while the Rescan was in progress - this has been fixed in RC1.

I'm afraid I can't be very specific but I've had similar problems when rescanning that result in MM3 completely locking up. When the whole application doesn't lock up the scanner will lock up. Let me know if you need more information.
