Device Sync destination can't be changed - RC5 1120

I am unable to change the destination where and how songs are synced. It allows me to set it initially ( \Music\<Playlist>\<Artist>\<Track#> - <Title> ) but when I go in and changed it and then resync the device uses the old original setting instead of the new one. It doesn't work by clicking the advanced check box in the "Auto Sync List" tab either. I've rebooted, and wiped the device. If I do a complete uninstall and reinstall it will work once but then fall back into the same pattern.

I'm syncing a 4th Gen Grey IPOD using the d_ipod.dll
