Help moving playlists inside "Imported Playlists"

How can I move playlists inside the Imported Playlists tree to the main Playlist tree?

Right now it looks:

Playlists

* Imported Playlists
- name here
- name 2 here

I want it to be

Playlists
* Name here
* Name 2 here

Just left click the playlist and drag it to the Playlists node.

Drag "name 2 here" to "Playlists"

This is fine for a small number of playlists, but it's a real PITA when you have a lot of them.

This has been posted before, but the ability to choose where to import playlists to would be very much appreciated, e.g, import to "Playlists" rather than "Imported Playlists".
